Your Role: Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support across all our hotels. You'll be the trusted point of contact for managers and teams, helping them navigate people matters with clarity and fairness. You'll also mentor HR colleagues, champion consistent, values-driven practices, and ensure our people-first culture thrives across all properties.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, high-energy professional who loves to get stuck in and make things happen. You'll connect big-picture HR goals with the day-to-day realities of our teams - offering guidance on complex situations, leading initiatives, and making a tangible difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing employee matters, including grievances and disciplinary situations, with care and fairness.
- Coaching and supporting HR colleagues and managers to help them grow and succeed.
- Leading and contributing to a variety of people-focused projects, collaborating across the business.
- Ensuring HR practices are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with our values across all properties.
- Supporting the implementation of new policies that improve engagement and the working environment.
- Taking the lead on HR projects and driving them forward.
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings solid HR expertise, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or with extensive experience in busy head offices or creative environments.
- Has a strong understanding of Jersey employment law and the confidence to handle sensitive or complex cases fairly.
- Builds trusted relationships at every level and is approachable, influential, and collaborative.
- Enjoys coaching and developing others, providing practical guidance and constructive feedback.
- Is tech and data savvy, using HR tools to improve processes and the employee experience.
