We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Prep Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Prep Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the preparation of ingredients, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready for the kitchen team during service hours.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to streamline production processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management and rotation of ingredients.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • Culinary education or equivalent experience in a kitchen environment.
