We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities
- - Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
- - Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
- - Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- - Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- - Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant General Manager.
- - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- - Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
