The Role
We are seeking a charismatic and highly connected Guest Experience & Events Manager to be the face of Sexy Fish Manchester. This pivotal role blends luxury guest relations with events and networking, ensuring our restaurant remains the city’s most desirable destination.
Your time will be split across two key areas:
Guest Experience & Bookings
- Manage and grow all bookings of 8+ guests, delivering a seamless, personalised service from first enquiry to final farewell.
- Partner with the reception and operations teams to maximise covers, revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Create unforgettable, tailor‑made experiences that leave every guest eager to return.
Events & Networking
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high‑profile and regular guests, becoming their trusted point of contact.
- Represent Sexy Fish at key events across Manchester, immersing yourself in the city’s dining, business and cultural scene.
- Drive core business growth by building strategic relationships with new businesses across Manchester.
- Curate and host unique experiences that keep Sexy Fish at the forefront of the city’s social calendar.
- Cultivate a coveted “black book” of clients, tastemakers and influencers, driving repeat business and loyalty.
About You
