We are currently seeking a meticulous and customer-focusedCloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Cloakroom Attendant, youwill play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and convenience of our guests byproviding a secure and efficient cloakroom service. This role is Part Time – up to 20hrs per week.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist guests with the check-in and retrieval ofpersonal belongings.
– Maintain a secure and organized cloakroom area.
– Provide courteous and efficient service to guests,addressing inquiries and special requests.
– Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamlessguest experience.
– Keep the cloakroom area clean and well-maintained.
– Uphold the highest standards of service and guestsatisfaction.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a cloakroom attendant or in acustomer service role is advantageous but not required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Positive and friendly demeanour.
