At Sexy Fish, exceptional dining starts behind the scenes. We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly motivated Kitchen Manager to support the day-to-day operation of one of London's most iconic kitchens. Working alongside our Executive Chef, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently by overseeing administration, people processes, systems, compliance and operational support. You'll be the person who keeps the engine turning, allowing our chefs to focus on delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the kitchen.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, right-to-work compliance and rota management.
- Coordinate supplier orders, invoices, stock takes and operational supplies.
- Maintain kitchen systems, including recipes, stock and operational data.
- Oversee IT requests, user access and system administration for the kitchen team.
- Ensure company assets, equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
- Support food safety, health.
