Sexey’s School is seeking an inspiring Head of Boarding to lead our thriving state boarding provision at the heart of school life. The Role

  • You will lead all aspects of boarding, ensuring exceptional safeguarding, pastoral care and student experience, while driving continuous improvement.
  • As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
    • Lead and develop a dedicated boarding team
    • Create a culture of belonging, respect and high aspiration
    • Promote student’s personal and spiritual development
    • Ensure compliance with national standards
    • Contribute to whole-school initiatives
