Sexey’s School is seeking an inspiring Head of Boarding to lead our thriving state boarding provision at the heart of school life. The Role
- You will lead all aspects of boarding, ensuring exceptional safeguarding, pastoral care and student experience, while driving continuous improvement.
- As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated boarding team
- Create a culture of belonging, respect and high aspiration
- Promote student’s personal and spiritual development
- Ensure compliance with national standards
- Contribute to whole-school improvement
- Report to and engage with the Trust Board
