Core Responsibilities
- Supporting day‑to‑day management of client and office accounts.
- Processing financial transactions, including payments, receipts and transfers.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaising with finance and operational teams to resolve queries and support cash collection.
- Processing electronic payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with month‑end processes and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Providing general finance administration and ad‑hoc duties.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or Accounts Assistant (or similar) in the legal sector.
