Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Supply Chain Manager to ensure continuity of supply.
- Maintaining stock levels and fill rates.
- Managing order processing and expediting deliveries.
- Handling administrative and import‑related duties.
- Supporting project planning from concept through to implementation.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sourcing current and new products, including:
- Conducting supplier searches via Alibaba.
- Requesting quotations, arranging samples, and supporting vendor negotiations.
- Monitoring progress to ensure products are landed on time and to plan.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
