Sewell Wallis is working for a large, market-leading business based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, with great business benefits, including hybrid working and bonus potential, to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
This Finance Business Partner position is a commercially focused role, partnering with a team which is hugely well respected in their industry, with the opportunity to progress longer term into senior-level roles.
What will you be doing?
- Business partnering - help drive business performance, utilising analytical skills to support optimised decision making for the business unit.
- Liaise with a wide range of senior finance and non-finance stakeholders, playing a key role in producing high quality management information, financial plans and business case development.
- Review, analyse and communicate financial performance to key stakeholders, providing an understanding of performance and opportunities to drive future improvements.
- Aid the creation of rolling forecasts and budgets with clear identification of risks and opportunities.
- Prepare financial models as needed to develop business cases.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
What skills do you need?

- Commercial understanding and approach.
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
