Overview
Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join an established law firm in the Harrogate area.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with reception experience to join a friendly and supportive company.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients and being the face of the firm.
- Offering and making beverages.
- Taking payments in the office or over the phone.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Managing appointments (booking/rescheduling/cancellations).
- Taking calls and messages.
- Some typing work to assist where required.
- Copying documents and having clients sign documents such as ID or receipts.
- Retrieving documents from safe storage upstairs (e.g., Wills/LPAs).
What skills are we looking for?
- A minimum of 18 months experience in a similar Reception role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
