Sewell Wallis is excited to be partnering with a well-established Leeds City Centre company that is seeking an E‑Billing Specialist to join their experienced billing team on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, international organisation offering excellent support and clear career progression for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit electronic invoices using Elite 3E and approved e‑billing platforms.
- Ensure invoices comply with client billing guidelines.
- Monitor invoice status, research rejections, and manage re‑submissions and appeals.
- Partner with attorneys and billing teams to resolve billing discrepancies and narrative issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records and client‑specific billing requirements.
- Generate billing reports and support audits as needed.
- Stay current on client billing changes and e‑billing system updates.
Qualifications
- Prior experience of e‑billing or billing, ideally gained within professional services.
- Direct experience using Elite 3E is advantageous but not essential.
- Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of legal billing guidelines and compliance standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
