Sewell Wallis are partnering with a growing business on the outskirts of Sittingbourne who are looking to recruit an FP&A Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the organisation where you play a key role in driving high-impact budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities to support the senior management team. What will you be doing? Providing monthly variance reports and management summaries as well as delivering accurate and actionable insights to support strategic decisions Developing comprehensive budgets and forecasts, including P&L, balance sheets and cash flow Working closely with the operational leaders to support ongoing financial planning, identifying risks and opportunities and developing and maintaining ongoing relationships Building and maintaining robust financial models to support investment and business development initiatives Enhancing reporting tools, including dashboard and in-month metrics Establishing expertise in Workday Adaptive Insights and PowerBIWhat skills do we need? Fully qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA / ACCA / ACA Strong FP&A background Solid financial modelling skills Track record of effective business partneringWhat’s on offer?
