We’re looking for a talented Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. If you’re passionate about solving business problems, thrive in collaborative environments, and have strong stakeholder management skills, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring our Associate Business Analysts, helping them grow and develop in their careers.
Drive Value Through Agile Delivery
Working under the guidance of our Principal Business Analyst, you’ll help teams prioritise backlogs based on value forecasts and ensure delivery commitments align with our Train cadence. You’ll lead business analysis activities across sprints—from refinement to defining clear acceptance criteria—enabling the release of minimum viable products that deliver real value.
Be a Strategic Partner in Technology Projects
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and Test Leads to ensure alignment with our Technology Principles. By identifying risks and dependencies early, and keeping delivery teams focused on solving the right problems, you’ll be instrumental in driving successful outcomes across our technology portfolio.
You\’ll be based at our Severn Trent Centre head office in Coventry. You’ll work within our dedicated Business Analyst Team, working on a variety of different projects which will put all of your skills to the test. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Your technical experience will be desirable to enable the support provided across the lifecycle to include Application and Infrastructure Management, implementation support (testing, training and implementation) and appreciation of business change to provide input and support to Group Transformation.
