EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Service Delivery Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, providing the highest standards of customer service. You will support the site manager in managing contractors and maintaining site compliance. You will also perform tasks such as site inductions, statutory checks (e.g., fire alarm testing, legionella flushing), and recording compliance data for all STW sites within our region.
Adhering to all Health & Safety standards is imperative. Training will be provided, but awareness of COSHH, DSE, and office safety would be advantageous.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Excellent interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for delivering positive customer experiences are essential. You should have experience with FM and property operations, good IT skills, and knowledge of planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Reliability, organization, and teamwork are key qualities.
We value character, positivity, and a caring attitude alongside relevant experience. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and celebrate diversity, as we believe diverse perspectives help us serve our communities better.
We are committed to inclusion through our working groups supporting LGBTQ+, Women in Operations & STEM, Disability, and Ethnicity initiatives.
