Severn Trent’s Waste Reactive Repair Team are on the lookout for a new Reactive Lead to join them. Your main stakeholders will be our partnered contractors who do repairs on our Waste Network. Your job will be to determine the correct method of repair of our assets to set the field teams up for success in fixing.
You\\\’ll be based at our Finham site in Warwickshire. You’ll work with 19 other Reactive leads across our entire patch for our Waste Reactive Repair Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:30pm and can cover a shared standby rota, which includes some evenings and weekends.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This role involves working collaboratively with multiple different internal parts of the business as well as external stakeholders, like highway authorities, customers, MPs, councils and our contact partners. Because of this we are looking for someone with fantastic evidence of stakeholder management with internal and external parties. Part of your role would be going to site visits to assess repairs and undertake safety audits, this means that a driving licence is mandatory for this position.
We would also love the successful candidate to have transferable knowledge from a Utility or Repair background. This would set them up for success in joining our Reactive Repair Team.
