Severn Trent is hiring a Technical Operator to join our Water Treatment team serving the Worcester area. You will operate groundwater sources and distribution assets to deliver high quality water, working with maintenance and process teams using eSCADA to stay compliant and energy efficient.
The role includes completing a Level 2 apprenticeship over 12–15 months with monthly training at our Academy; if GCSEs aren’t in place, we’ll support Functional Skills Level 1 first.
