We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join our wholesale market unit team at our Head Office in Coventry. You will be working 37 hours per week between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a consistent and exceptional service to our retailers and NHH customers. This includes:

  • Ensuring positive retailer and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Delivering the right solution for every customer following their first contact.
  • Supporting customers when things don’t go well.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our policies, procedures, and data management strategy.

Your tasks will vary, and you will contact customers through voice or email, ensuring prompt and proper communication. We seek someone keen to make a positive difference to our customers, with a character, positivity, and a caring attitude. Previous customer-focused experience such as retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial, but we can help you develop these skills.
