Join to apply for the InfoAsset Project Manager role at Severn Trent. This is a dual‑role position combining strategic asset management with hands‑on project delivery. You’ll be part of the Chief Engineer Project Management team, helping to shape the future of our wastewater infrastructure. You’ll lead our critical sewer CCTV programme and manage our company‑wide CCTV sewer survey database, and support delivery of initiatives such as WINEP and flooding programmes.

What you’ll do
- Deliver programmes that support environmental and flooding strategies, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.
- Work with contractors, manage budgets, and maintain oversight of the capital investment programme.
- Support governance processes and ensure smooth handovers to the Capital Delivery team.
- Take ownership of the CCTV sewer survey database, ensuring data quality and accessibility across the business.
- Coordinate incoming data, validate it, and respond to requests from internal teams.
- Lead the delivery of the sewer CCTV programme, coordinating regional timelines, budgets, and outputs that inform future investment decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, define responsibilities clearly, and explore opportunities for partnership working.
- Document CDM roles and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle and support post‑project reviews.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Engineering experience within the wastewater sector with a solid understanding of sewer networks and CCTV survey processes.
- Strong working knowledge of InfoAsset Manager (formerly InfoNet); ability to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible. Experience with other GIS packages is welcome.
- Solid project management experience, ideally within infrastructure or utilities; ability to manage programmes from start to finish, on time and within budget.
- Experience working with contractors, coordinating teams, and ensuring outputs meet required standards.
- Creative and strategic mindset, adaptable to changing priorities; clear and confident communication; ability to inspire and support others (level dependent).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and a full UK driving licence.
- Positivity, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
