Overview
Act as the GIS capital and commercial subject matter expert, interfacing with project teams and stakeholders. Create and own GIS strategy for the Capital and Commercial part of the business. Champion the correct use of GIS tools. Collaborate with the extended supply chain to define GIS requirements, assess capabilities, and ensure safe, timely data sharing. Lead the As-laid procedure by refining and developing workflows and documentation. Integrate data from Land & Planning, Surveys, Ground Investigations, and Permits into the GIS system for seamless spatial coordination. Ensure compliance with Severn Trent Water standards across all GIS processes.
In this role you will have opportunities to develop digitally enabled solutions that add value in terms of HSSE, Quality, risk, schedule and cost, including integration of GIS with Building Information Modelling (Autodesk environment).
