About the Role:
Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for a Project Planner to support our vitally important capital delivery teams. You can be based out of our Coventry, Raynesway, or Shelton office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and report on project plans and schedules.
- Adhere to and implement SDO planning policies and procedures.
- Support resource management and report actual performance and variance against plans.
- Monitor and audit supplier schedules to ensure compliance with Severn Trent's procedures.
- Support the change control process by analysing proposals and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Become a key member of the project delivery team.
What You'll Bring:
- Relevant experience in scheduling project and programme plans.
- Excellent working knowledge of Primavera P and Microsoft Project, as well as various Microsoft work packages.
- Strong understanding of project and contract management with excellent financial and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Forward-thinking and innovative mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and responding to change.
- Ability to make educated judgments and decisions in the face of ambiguity.
- You will need to be able to travel to various locations on the STW patch.
