You’ll be supported every step of the way. Your role will be to gain practical experience in a few teams developing your knowledge and understanding of Severn Trent and the processes. How the Programme Works
Based at Severn Trent Headquarters in Coventry, you will study towards becoming a Fleet Coordinator. You will have the chance to discuss your development and career ambitions in 1-1 meetings with business leads, mentors, a study buddy, the cohort leader, and the New Talent Team. As part of this apprenticeship, you will be studying towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administrator.
What You Will Learn
Through this apprenticeship, you will foster a strong sense of leadership, realise qualities of management, and be able to voice your opinion as you gain experience. You will be taught how to be flexible and problem-solve, communicating with clients, suppliers, and demonstrating project management. You will develop a large range of skills, such as professionalism and effective decision-making, how to develop, implement, maintain, and improve administrative services, and developing excellent relationships with customers by responding to their requirements and looking for future opportunities to enhance the relationship.

Our New Talent Team will guide you and support you every step of the way. Your line manager, mentor, and graduate buddy will help you reach your full potential at Severn Trent.

Standard: Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Level: 3
Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months (excluding EPA)
Starting Salary: £22,500
Entry Criteria: If you don’t already have GCSEs in English and maths, you will need to take functional skills as part of the apprenticeship, which is an alternative to GCSEs and achieve a Level 2. You need to achieve this prior to completion of your apprenticeship.
Driving Requirements: You will require a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle upon completion of this apprenticeship.
