Overview
You\\\’ll be based at our Longbridge site in Warwickshire. You\\\’ll work with 30+ others in your team, working for the Reactive Sewer Services. This is a 36.75 hour per week role, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out clearance and maintenance of assets on the drainage network (as part of the Reactive Sewer Services team).

- Standard driving license
- Basic understanding of the Drainage Network and the equipment used to carry out clearance and maintenance of assets
- An eye for quality and detail and a forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive mindset and communicate difficult conversations effectively
- Encourage and actively improve health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Skills and experience are important, but character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too
