Based from our Finham (Coventry) or Tamworth office, the Senior Programme Manager will lead an integrated team to deliver portfolios and programmes of work within Severn Trent’s Capital Investment Programme. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, working with key stakeholders to deliver assigned projects to time and budget, continuously challenging and innovating to improve performance and drive continuous improvement. You will provide robust leadership to enable design, procurement and construction of multiple projects as well as nurturing the development of your team and their success.

What we’re looking for
You will have a proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects with extensive experience managing stakeholders at all levels to meet programme objectives. You will have experience leading programme teams of internal and external resources to deliver high-risk, high-complexity, high-value projects, and experience working closely with a supply chain. You will also have a track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering financial and operational success.
- Proven ability to lead delivery of large, complex and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience managing a dispersed set of stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.
- Experience leading programme teams of internal and external resources on high-risk, high-complexity projects.
- Strong background in delivering financial and operational success and building high-performing teams.
