Within our Capital Commercial Department, we are seeking an assistant quantity surveyor to provide commercial support throughout project delivery. You will negotiate contracts, manage internal and external stakeholders, assess contract events, and support dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and provide commercial support throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Project Managers in contract management, including assessment of contract events and applications for payment, issuing contract notifications, and leading dispute resolution.
- Develop sourcing and contract strategies, draft, test, and negotiate work orders with contractors.
