About the Programme
- Location: Strongford, Staffordshire, ST129EX
- Standard: Water Industry Network Technician – Waste Water (Level 3)
- Duration: 24 months (20 months training + 4 month EPA)
- Salary: £22,500 per annum
- Entry Criteria: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; functional skills Level 2 if not already achieved before apprenticeship completion.
- Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle on start day.
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 7 am – 3 pm (subject to operational requirements).
- Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with purchase/sale options), up to £1,500 annual bonus, double pension contribution up to 15%, Sharesave, training & development, retail offers, family‑friendly policies, and two paid volunteering days per year.
