You will be working a day shift pattern which is 4 on 4 off + Overtime available+ Annual Bonus (£1,500) + Equivalent of 25 days leave + Equivalence of 8 days Bank Holiday + Pay Increases (the opportunity to increase salary with our pay rewarded framework, this can increase to £32,676, inclusive of shift allowance) + Excellent Benefits + Pension + Training + Progression.

As a Wet Technician you will mainly be working as a crew of 2, you will be predominantly responsible for delivering our wet well cleansing programme across the Severn Trent region. You will be operating and completing some first line maintenance on our Customer Operations assets which are situated in Sewage Pumping Stations and Sewage Treatment Works.
This role will be working on a rolling four on four off rota day shift pattern. The role is based out of Kidderminster.

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
- Excellent organisation skills and be efficient and capable of completing a number oftasks at once whilst working well under pressure.

- An ability to dynamically asses risks on site
- Ability to work within our current Standard Operating Procedures and identify changing risks on site
- Ability to analyse information to spot potential problems.
- Operate and drive the HGV jet vac vehicle fleet
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
In this role you’ll use Severn Trent’s Jetting fleet, which comprises trucks from 7.5 tonne to 32 tonne. You’ll work both around our sites and on the road, so will need to have experience of using similar vehicles and have your HGV class 1 or 2 licence. Along with this if you have experience of wastewater treatment process’s and Wet well cleansing experience this will be beneficial.
