Are you a natural co-ordinator who loves bringing order to complexity? As a Resource Coordinator you’ll be at the heart of resource planning—balancing and moving Severn Trent and contract labour to meet demand, keeping shrinkage records up to date, and making sure everything’s logged accurately in our systems such as SAP and Salesforce. You’ll also play a key role in enabling cross-boundary working and collaborating with our Tactical Planning and Dispatch Leads to deliver a seamless 21-day resource plan.
You\’ll be based at Pride Park, Derby within our Workforce Planning and Optimisation team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable using SAP, workforce management systems especially Salesforce FSM, and Microsoft Office—especially Excel and PowerPoint. You’ll have a good eye for spotting ways to improve how things are done and ideally bring some experience in resource planning with good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and shift pattern management. Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and analytical thinking are key, along with solid IT skills—particularly in SAP ECC and Click.
