We have a new opportunity to join Severn Trent's Waste Networks team covering the North of our region from Nottingham, Mansfield site! You will be responsible for driving real performance improvements and decision support/challenge to the Business Leaders and their teams on the delivery of ODI's. It will be important that you have good analytical and diagnostic skills – are forward looking and planned, but can operate reactively when needed, and also have an ability to prioritise time to address the biggest needs.
Whilst you will be based out of Strongford, there will be a need to work at various sites weekly across your region to attend meetings and commcell to provide insight and work collaboratively with other areas of the business including:
- Working closely with your Regional Business Lead and their Management Team, supporting regional comm cells and facilitation of problem solving sessions when required.
- Finance and other performance colleagues: This is because you will be a big part in developing the performance framework. This will be used to ensure that the right measures are being focussed on to deliver the required level of business performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Strong track record of taking the lead in diagnosing business issues and working with the business to deliver performance improvements.
- Experience in effectively using SBF tools and techniques.
- Experience in drawing sound conclusions and making suitable recommendations from data analytics/diagnostics.
- Basic knowledge and experience of health & safety regulations and practices.
- Basic understanding of the businesses strategic vision.
