The role involves providing effective installation, repair, and maintenance services on the company’s infrastructure assets, such as pipes and ancillary fittings. You will respond to and resolve issues raised by customers or the public, liaise with other departments, and work with our Contract Partners to deliver these services efficiently.

You will also be responsible for delivering scheduled work to customers in accordance with the company\’s service level agreements or customer service standards, and you must perform your duties in compliance with statutory or regulatory standards. Providing excellent customer service in line with company policies and standards, aiming for first-time right delivery, is essential.

Please note that a full UK driving license is required for this role. You will be expected to work a 42.5-hour week and be part of a standby rota (1 in 6).
