We’re looking for a creative and driven Innovation Promotions Manager to lead the way in promoting our innovation initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of our innovation strategy—crafting compelling narratives, engaging stakeholders, and showcasing the impact of our work across the business and beyond. You’ll be part of a passionate team that’s shaping the future of water innovation. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Deliver and evolve our promotions and engagement strategy to inspire participation across the sector.
- Collaborate with Communications, Branding, and Academy teams to position Severn Trent as a leader in innovation.
- Lead award submissions and represent us at technical events.
- Develop high-quality content to support innovation initiatives, including strategic frameworks, detailed case studies, and documented success outcomes.
- Coordinate visits to our innovation hubs and support project teams with communication planning.
- Track and report on the impact of our promotional efforts, sharing successes across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Proven experience in communications, engagement, or project management roles.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of innovation principles and methodologies.
- Experience in the water or utilities sector.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and creative design.
*Part time working will also be considered for this role.
