It's an exciting time to join our Information Security team.

As we continue to transform the way we work, we're embedding a Zero Trust approach across our organisation, helping to strengthen our cybersecurity, protect our critical services, and support the essential work we do for millions of customers every day.

To help us achieve this, we're looking for a talented Cyber Security Architect to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our people, systems and customers safe by ensuring security is built into every technology decision from the very start.

You'll work closely with teams across the business, translating complex security challenges into clear, practical solutions that enable innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security and resilience.

Your expertise will help us make confident decisions, manage risk effectively, and stay ahead of an ever-changing threat landscape.

Based at our Severn Trent Centre headquarters in Coventry, you'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team of 10 Security Architects who are passionate about making a difference.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience designing secure solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, NCSC CAF, CIS and IEC 62443.
  • The ability to recommend security solutions that balance business needs with robust protection.
  • Knowledge of OT/Io T security, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Experience across key security domains, including IAM, network, infrastructure, cloud, application and data security.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM or ISO 27001, with Azure or AWS certifications being a plus.
