This is a full-time hybrid role located in Worcester, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, including CNC-controlled punching machines and laser cutting systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Conducting routine maintenance
  • Training clients on machine operation
  • Collaborating with the support team to provide timely solutions

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Ability to install, maintain, and repair CNC-controlled and laser-based machinery
  • Experience in customer service and client training for machinery operation
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model
  • Technical certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field are advantageous
  • Previous experience working with TRUMPF machinery is a plus
