Severn Hospice is a special place to work, and we have an opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team. Playing a central role in supporting our income generation team, you will help ensure our non-clinical information systems and processes run smoothly and effectively.
Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, retail and lottery, IT and Information Governance, you will maintain accurate, secure and high-quality data that supports informed decision-making and excellent service. With a strong interest in data analytics and information systems, you will be confident working with databases, reporting tools and applications such as SharePoint, Datix and Power BI.
You will support data collection, reporting and system administration, troubleshoot issues and help develop robust processes that ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation. As an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, you will also support and train colleagues in the effective use of systems and champion best practice in data quality, security and information governance across the organisation.
