Severn Hospice Limited is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to cover night shifts within our community team in Shropshire, Telford and Mid-Wales. You will provide compassionate palliative care at patients' homes, working within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with GPs and community professionals to ensure safe, dignified care.
The role requires confidence to work solo at night and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. Interviews are scheduled for late November.
