The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The project sales is the strategic leader who guides the development of the strategic plan, creates goals and plans for project business in Greater China market area (China, Taiwan and Mongolia). This position is a quota-carrying role with primary responsibility for maximizing project sales. The responsibility includes:

  • Developing and leading the implementation of the project business model for Greater China market area.
  • Actively supporting sales representation acquisition and capability development of the existing agent sales.
  • Monitoring the development of the business with agents vs. targets.
  • Driving new accounts acquisition, development of project sales, and penetrating targeted non-core industry sectors.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional units to resolve controversial situations.
  • Greater China area sales responsibility assigned by head of APAC and China Country Manager.
  • Compliance with company’s policies.

This role will require frequent travel to customer and company meetings and industry events.

Impact:

  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s Senior Leadership.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
