What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a house and 11 individual bungalows, all located on one site.
- Lead shifts and manage the direct line supervision of the Assistant Manager, PBS Practice Leads, and Support Workers.
- Motivate and support team members in delivering person-centred, holistic care.
- Work within a robust managerial structure, including an assistant manager, two deputy managers, a registered manager, and an area manager.
- Be accountable for the quality of support provided to the individuals we support.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks as part of our Quality Assurance processes.
- Lead by example, achieving goals and high standards through hands-on support and professional practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred approaches.
