Main purpose of the role: To learn and develop business-related competencies through supported practical experience in the workplace. To provide effective business support across all Severn Arts activities, combined with college-led learning, to become an effective Business Administrator.
About the role:

- Reporting to: Office Manager
- Location: Severn Arts offices, Worcester
Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent customer service, ensuring that this remains a high priority at all times
- To act as point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, ensuring they are resolved or redirected as appropriate
- To input and process data accurately using Office 365 and other relevant software and systems, particularly maintaining the Severn Arts Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate, timely notes and updates
- To process requests from schools, staff, parents, and students regarding music teaching, timetable changes, and instrument provision
- To answer and handle queries and requests both internally and externally, via in person, phone, and email
- To assist in monitoring Severn Arts’ generic email accounts, responding or redirecting as needed
Person specification:
- At least 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths, or expected to achieve these
- Ability to contribute to and work effectively as part of a team
