We\’re looking for a skilled Spray Polisher to join our workshop and help bring each custom piece to life.

We\’re looking for a skilled Spray Polisher to join our workshop and help bring each custom piece to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sand, fill, and spray bespoke furniture to a high standard
- Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of spray booths
- Order and manage paint materials required for ongoing jobs
- Organise your own calendar of works and meet agreed deadlines
- Liaise daily with the Workshop Manager to coordinate workflow and priorities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in spray finishing, ideally within high-end or bespoke furniture production
- Knowledge of different paint and lacquer finishes (e.g. gloss, satin, matt, pigmented, clear)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Organisational and time management skills
- Health & Safety awareness within a spray environment
