We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially aware individual who:

  • Has proven experience as an Estimator in bespoke furniture, joinery, interiors, or fit-out
  • Understands materials, craftsmanship, and production processes
  • Can confidently read and interpret technical drawings
  • Works methodically under deadline pressure
  • Has experience on high-end, detail-driven projects

Requirements:

  • Experience pricing bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior projects
  • Ability to build accurate project costings including materials, labour, and finishes
  • Comfortable taking off quantities for tiling, finishes, and sub-contractor works
  • Proficient in estimating/costing software
  • Able to liaise with project managers, designers, and workshop staff to confirm build approach
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Desirable but not essential: Background in joinery, cabinet making, or interior fit-out
  • Experience pricing high-value residential or commercial projects
