We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially aware individual who:
- Has proven experience as an Estimator in bespoke furniture, joinery, interiors, or fit-out
- Understands materials, craftsmanship, and production processes
- Can confidently read and interpret technical drawings
- Works methodically under deadline pressure
- Has experience on high-end, detail-driven projects
Requirements:
- Experience pricing bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior projects
- Ability to build accurate project costings including materials, labour, and finishes
- Comfortable taking off quantities for tiling, finishes, and sub-contractor works
- Proficient in estimating/costing software
- Able to liaise with project managers, designers, and workshop staff to confirm build approach
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Desirable but not essential: Background in joinery, cabinet making, or interior fit-out
- Experience pricing high-value residential or commercial projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Price bespoke furniture and joinery accurately, including all components and finishes
- Review drawings, schedules, and specifications to define project scope clearly
- Take off quantities for materials, finishes, and sub-contractor works
- Build accurate project costings using our estimating software
- Liaise closely with workshop and project teams to ensure costs reflect real-world build methods
- Maintain pricing accuracy and meet deadlines for multiple projects
