We at Severino Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Area Site Manager for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading multiple high-end bespoke furniture and interior projects, ensuring exceptional quality while fostering a professional, positive working environment on every site.

- Has a proven track record as an Area Site Manager, Contracts Manager, or Site Manager
- Understand(s) bespoke furniture, case-fitted goods, and joinery installation
- Can manage multiple live sites and small works concurrently
- Leads teams with clear expectations, accountability, and a focus on morale and culture
- Creates calm, organised, and solution-focused sites
- Maintains professionalism and high standards across every project
Requirements
- Proven experience overseeing multiple live sites in a high-end environment
- Strong people management and leadership skills
