We at Severino Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Area Site Manager for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading multiple high-end bespoke furniture and interior projects, ensuring exceptional quality while fostering a professional, positive working environment on every site.
What We Are Looking For
- Has a proven track record as an Area Site Manager, Contracts Manager, or Site Manager
- Understand(s) bespoke furniture, case-fitted goods, and joinery installation
- Can manage multiple live sites and small works concurrently
- Leads teams with clear expectations, accountability, and a focus on morale and culture
- Creates calm, organised, and solution-focused sites
- Maintains professionalism and high standards across every project
Requirements
- Proven experience overseeing multiple live sites in a high-end environment
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Ability to create, control, and update construction programmes
- Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
- Confident addressing issues directly and constructively
- Ensures quality, detailing, and finishes meet high-end standards
- Maintains health & safety standards across sites
- Experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors
Key Responsibilities
- Run multiple live sites across an assigned area
- Oversee installation of bars, case-fitted goods, and bespoke furniture
- Manage and coordinate first-fix joinery works
- Coordinate and sequence multiple trades and subcontractors
- Create, manage, and update site programmes
- Manage small works projects alongside main contracts
- Lead site teams with clear expectations and accountability
- Address and stop negative site behaviour, maintaining a professional working culture
- Act as the key link between site, office, and workshop
- Resolve site issues quickly and practically
