Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff in Doncaster and the surrounding areas, is seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their expanding team. They are currently working with several clients who require additional warehouse operatives due to business growth. Please note these warehouse operative roles are ongoing for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Utilise scanning technology to track and manage inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock to designated shelves or storage areas.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Locate and retrieve specific items within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, as required by warehousing duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch and packing.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Physical stamina and willingness to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.
The role is full time β Monday to Friday, unfortunately part time applications cannot be accepted.
Shifts
- 14:00 β 22:00
Please note that flexibility is essential. VNA Truck experience is advantageous.
Pay Rate: Β£12.62
