We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Finance Director to provide senior financial leadership across our group‑wide strategy, transformation programmes and joint venture portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial aspects of the Strategy & Transformation agenda, including scenario planning, transformation design and cost/benefit assessments.
- Own financial governance of the Group transformation programme, ensuring clear definition and tracking of costs and benefits and consistent internal and external reporting.
- Act as Finance Director for Joint Ventures and major projects, including M&A activity.
- Review, challenge and report JV results and forecasts on a timely basis.
- Partner closely with JV leadership, UK & Europe business units and Group Finance colleagues.
- Support FP&A activity as required, providing insight and performance reporting at senior level.
Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant with ideally 5–10+ years PQE.
- Strong background in strategic finance / FP&A and transformation or change governance.
- Proven senior‑level business partnering experience.
- Experience of joint ventures, complex group structures and M&A / corporate development.
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing CFO, CEO and Executive Committee.
- Highly analytical, commercially minded and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
- Proactive, organised and effective in fast‑moving, changing environments.
