We are looking for Apprentice Fabricator Welders to join our team in September 2026, based at our site in Ballinamallard, Enniskillen. Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.

Our apprenticeship scheme offers you the opportunity to develop the skills required to kick start your career, whilst working on large-scale, iconic structures. Joining us on this apprenticeship will allow you to work towards the industry recognised Level 3 Metal Fabrication Apprentice Standard. The successful candidates will work in our factory, gaining hands-on experience in interpreting technical drawings, marking out, producing, and assembling fabricated products. You will learn the role from our skilled fabricators who will be mentoring you throughout your journey. You will also study, 2 days a week, at South West College to gain the theoretical knowledge alongside your practical skills.

To be successful in joining us as an apprentice you will need to be at least 16 years old and have achieved a minimum education level of 4 GCSE (Grade 9 - 4 /A*- C) or equivalent including English and Maths and a Science subject. You will also need to apply and be accepted into South West College. Ultimately, we are looking for hardworking individuals who have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn this exciting trade.

Applications will be reviewed March 2026, with Assessment Centres being held for shortlisted candidates in April 2026.
