This is a Nightshift Position and the working hours for this role will be 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:10pm - 6:40am.

Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.

The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors.

We are looking for candidates who will be willing to undertake an extensive training programme over a 3-to-6-month period dependent on your progression where you will work closely with industry experts to start your new career in logistics.

As a trainee loader, your role will be to use a remote overhead crane to move materials off a production line and build the material into packs. They need to be built so they are safe and stable to be transported around our site by a side loader and then onto a trailer for delivery to site. No two loads are the same so you will always need to be thinking on your feet!

No experience is necessary as training will be provided, but we are looking for candidates that have strong numeracy and communication skills as well as attention to detail and who are comfortable with using an iPad.
