At Sevenus Swimming, we believe creating exceptional experiences for children and families takes more than one role - it takes a team. We are looking for dedicated, adaptable and people-focused individuals to join us as a Sevenus Crew Member - core members of our team who become fully involved in the day-to-day life of the business. This is not a traditional single-focus role. Instead, you will train across multiple areas of the company and become part of the wider Sevenus family and wider operational skills.

Working across our Chiswick swimming facility and occasionally our Hammersmith Baby Spa facility, you will become part of the wider operation and help support the smooth running of both environments. Your role may include:

  • Swimming teaching (full training provided in the Sevenus method)
  • Reception and customer support
  • Café support and hospitality
  • Supporting the smooth running and presentation of the facilities
  • General operational support and maintenance tasks
  • Helping create a welcoming experience for children and families
  • Supporting administration and day-to-day business operations
  • Being a dependable team member who can adapt where needed

Swimming experience? Qualified swimming teachers are welcome. If you do not currently hold a swimming teaching qualification, we may fund your course for the right person, alongside full training in the Sevenus teaching method.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Positive and proactive
  • Reliable and committed
  • Happy working as part of a close team
  • Comfortable learning new skills
  • Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business
  • Passionate about children, families and creating excellent experiences
  • Looking to grow and become part of a company long-term
  • Confident communicating with families and colleagues, with good spoken and written English
  • Eligible to work in the UK with the right to work documentation required

What we offer:

  • Flat annual salary (TBD for right candidate)
  • Full training across multiple areas of the business
  • Opportunity to develop new skills and grow internally
  • A supportive and welcoming team environment
  • The chance to become a true part of the Sevenus journey

Hours: Ideally full time (40 hours), although we may also consider two part-time team members. Monday to Sunday on a monthly rota basis, working 5 days per week. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a team environment and want to build a career where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.
