About Us

seventy9 Sports Therapy is a progressive, patient-centred sports injury and rehabilitation clinic based within a high-performance training facility in Guildford, Surrey. Our patient base is diverse - from active adults and youth athletes, to elite and professional athletes and performers - but our focus is the same: delivering outstanding care through evidence-based, collaborative practice.

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary environment alongside strength & conditioning professionals, with access to a fully equipped S&C and rehab space, and both ForceDecks and DynaMo from VALD.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist (minimum 5 years post-graduate experience) who’s ready to drive their own professional standards, and help drive ours forward too.

This is a self-employed, part-time position starting with a smaller number of hours, with the flexibility to grow your caseload organically. You’ll have the freedom to shape your approach within an environment that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and teamwork.

This is not a role for someone simply looking to fill hours; it’s an opportunity for someone who wants to help build something exceptional.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Hold a degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy (minimum 5 years post-graduate experience).
  • Are athlete/patient-focused, equally comfortable supporting everyday individuals and high-level athletes with expert care.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with S&C coaches and therapists to deliver integrated rehab.
  • Are a proactive driver - motivated to improve, innovate, and elevate the standard of care.
  • Value evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence - building trust quickly with patients and colleagues.
  • Have an interest in S&C and/or sports science and are comfortable working within a gym-based rehab environment.
  • Ideally have experience working with youth or elite athletes, though this isn’t essential.
What We Offer
  • A high-performance environment where clinical care and sports science meet.
  • Flexible working hours with strong potential for growth.
  • Access to advanced assessment and rehab equipment.
  • Professional autonomy with genuine support from a like-minded team.
  • Competitive 60% self-employed rate per appointment.
How to Apply

If you’re ready to be part of a clinic that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and genuine patient care - and you’re excited by the chance to make a meaningful impact as we continue to grow - we’d love to hear from you.

Please send your CV and a short covering letter outlining your experience and what draws you to this role to contact@seventy9sportstherapy.co.uk
