Job Summary
Seventy7 London is looking for a passionate, in-house, full-time Mid-Weight Stylist to join our styling team based in SW6. You will work closely with in-house photographers, art directors, producers, and fellow stylists to deliver client briefs across ecommerce, still life, and creative campaign shoots. This role requires strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the confidence to manage styling tasks independently while contributing positively to a fast-paced studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver still life styling across mannequin, hanger, and tabletop setups for ecommerce platforms.
- Style models for ecommerce and occasional creative shoots.
- Manage your own time effectively, working closely with photographers on set to meet daily shot counts.
- Work across multiple client accounts, including occasional client-facing shoots.
- Confidently liaise with clients to ensure styling aligns with brand identity and elevates the final output.
- Accurately interpret and follow detailed client briefs and style guides.
- Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Minimise reshoots by maintaining high styling standards and tracking reshoot causes to improve future performance.
- Source and manage styling wardrobes, including organisation and returns.
- Work closely with Production and the Sample Coordinator to ensure products are collected pre-shoot and correctly retagged, packed, and stored post-shoot.
- Maintain clean, organised sets and styling areas throughout the shoot day and at close of business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum of two years' experience styling in a high-volume ecommerce environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A clear interest in fashion, trends, and brand presentation, with the ability to adapt styling accordingly.
- Good understanding of multiple styling techniques, props, and problem-solving approaches.
- Good to have experience in campaign creative stills.
- Experience working to demanding shot counts while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Calm, proactive, and positive approach to fast-paced studio workflows.
- Strong listening, communication, and questioning skills.
- Comfortable working with studio systems, processes, and workflow tools.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Capture One.
- Experience with moving image or video shoots is beneficial but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
