What You’ll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end video and stills productions from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Take responsibility for all financial aspects of each project, including budget creation, tracking, cost control and reconciliation.
- Manage productions across both small and large‑scale projects, adapting approach depending on scope and complexity.
- Execute campaigns across multiple digital, e-commerce and social platforms.
- Manage all aspects of production including:
- Finance and budget management
- Location sourcing and management
- Crew booking and coordination
- Talent casting and management
- Kit and equipment hire
- Logistics and scheduling
- Call sheets and production documentation
What You’ll Bring
- An extensive video‑first background with proven experience delivering video and stills content across multiple platforms.
- Experience producing both small and large‑scale productions.
- A ‘little black book’ of contacts.
- Demonstrable experience managing both studio and location‑based shoots.
- Experience executing campaigns across digital, e-commerce and social channels.
- Experience within fashion, retail or brand‑led environments (highly beneficial).
- Strong understanding of production finance and budget management.
- Experience in video post‑production would be beneficial, including familiarity with editing, motion graphics, sound, grading, and platform‑specific delivery requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High energy with a positive can‑do attitude and mentality.
- Confident communication skills, both client‑facing and internal.
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach when working to tight deadlines.
